Well hopefully i'm getting the loft converted, and my bedroom at the moment will become my reptile room. So i will obviously have a lot more room for different species.
At the minute i have corn snakes of various morphs, royal python and bearded dragon. Crested geckos have caught my eye for some time now, and seeing one of scotts at the corn snake breed show made me 100% certain that i wanted one.
One question, i've been reading up on their care, but i'm still un sure about the diet, some people say insects have to be included in their diet, and others say they don't, can anyone clarify this for me please? |

Cresties are great!
Basically, you can include insects, and they enjoy hunting (and some will refuse a purely fruit/ 'crested gecko diet' diet) but you dont have to if you give them CGD- it provides enough protein
CGD is good as a supplement or a staple diet, so the choice is yours.
