I just picked up a 1500g female on Sunday and was planning on letting her settle in for a while before I introduced my male. Well suspense got the better of me so i introduced my 1200g male in with her last night. when I checked them this morning there were definitely signs of courting - tails and heads close together but the males tail wasn't quite under her. I just got home from work now and checked them to find the males tail is totally beneath her! So my question is... even though they are clearly 'making out' is it possible that because the female is in a new environment she may not become gravid? Or is it safe to say there's a good chance she may produce? _________________ Graphic design genius (print & web)
