Finally got a crested gecko after months of research and waiting. He is about two months (obviously not sure of sex but it's nominally a 'he'!) and is really calm when being handled as he's had a brilliant babyhood with Angi from the Reptile Zone, Bristol. He's been exploring lots since we got him at the weekend, has tried various fruits and is currently stalking a cricket! He is even more lovely than I thought he'd be and we have fallen in love with him completely. So, a few pics of the as yet nameless little chap.... |

very nice, I like the first photo. Also, let us know if he uses that finch nest as a hide? _________________

He does! Nearly everytime I look for him day or early evening he is in it-he sits like he is in the photo with his front half out. If disturbed he'll retreat into it. I like it and he seems to as well. |
