Very Happy Cheeko was out after being sprayed ( u can c damp spot on wing ) decided to check out the lappy !

Yup the Acer is cool . I like the layout , simple and effective , tho ' I'm still trying to figure out how I can steal more Video Memory ( Nvidia Go7300 , 128mb ) .It says it can use upto 400mb , I cant seem to be able to set it ( Windows rate system at 3.1 .....i.e 'wee' poor for games ! )

I didn't notice until after I posted, but are they two different birdies?

How much memory has the actual laptop got? You might find you need to upgrade the memory modules Very Happy

I know all about 2 year olds, I think I have clients with about that mentality Evil or Very Mad Personally I'd prefer 2 year olds and parrot Laughing

It should be stealing it from the 2gb, unless you need to double that in order for the graphics card to be able to steal more. I don't meddle much with the hardware anymore, although that used to be my speciality, I hate software. If I work out how to do it with our Acer I'll let you know, as I know that's a beast Very Happy
