Had to laugh . My lavender Cali King male was curled up in his hide nice and warm when I put the female albino Cali King in his viv. for the first time Oh boy, did he move FAST He just shot straight out of the hide and onto her back..... She was just as bad, her tail went up in the air immediately...
I do not trust Kings not to eat each other, so when I go to bed tonight they will be separated and then put together again in the morning. Really pleased with the pair of them. John if you are watching the Forum, many thanks for letting me have the male.
My Rosy Boas have also been 'doing rude things' !!!! but have not yet got a good photo of them as they have been hiding in a log with just the important bits of the tails on show...
Hoggies are in together, but the girls are not yet keen. More food I think for them. |

Thankyou both, yes I am pleased. I have not bred Kings before and was rather concerned to see the male really bitting hold of the girls neck, but she does not seem to be bothered. Is it normal behavior for Kings ? Hope to get 10 - 12 youngsters that will be double het for albino and lavender, but time will tell. |
