I've had this book for a couple of years and have only recently realised how good it is. It's written by Matt Vincent and Steve Wilson, who according to the back of the book work at Melbourne zoo. They're depth of experiance with monitors is evident. As far as i'm aware all of the known monitor species from australia are featured with species accounts. There is an extra dimension to what is essentially an identification guide as it deals with monitor care for each species albeit roughly as well as its behaviour in the wild. I m not sure where you can get it from but theres a picture on amazon here:http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/186436548X/qid=1140539717/sr=8-2/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i2_xgl/202-5501487-7477466
cheers
