its an old idea , actually I'd forgotten all about the blacking affect till a fellow herper posted some she had took . I dont have copy right on its use ...been around for ages as I said ...go on use it try it , its about getting the angle right for flash to bounce off to get the black effect.

can you explain a bit more how you did that. where are you angling the flash, and is it separate to the camera. your photos showcase your animals really well
