Been looking at some threads, always fancied taking up photography as a hobby, especiall now with my reptiles, plus i work in the gower in south wales which has a natural beauty & breath taking shots are by the bundle.

So i saw this package & i'm looking for advice on whether it sounds like a good deal :

NIKON D40x
18-55 mm LENS
LOWEPRO OR LONEPRO REZO 140 AW BAG
52mm UV FILTER
52mm CPL FILTER
1 GB SD CARD
CLEANING CLOTH
SPARE BATTERY
CARD SAFE
CAMLINK TP2800

£505

What do you guys think?

Confused the d40x and 18-55mm can be had for £359 and there is also a cashback offer on it too...the kit lens isn't the greatest to be fair so I would buy just the body only if I were you and then decide on what lenses you want.

Plenty of nikon and canons on there too mate...what is your budget as I go on a few photography forums that have their own classifieds so can keep an eye out for you if a deal comes up. Cool
