Anyone know of any good herp vets around the midlands (uk) area. Pref south of B'ham. Dont need one yet, touch wood, but would be useful for future problems

Lynne I really love this image of a clown - not scary at all but just so poignant and sad... Crying or Very sad Very Happy

Hi...I'm not really familiar with the reptile vets around Birmigham...I'm about 2h away. See the vet section on my site www.prestigepythons.com which gives you all the basics. If you have an ill snake I can usually point you in the right direction online if this doesn't already answer many questions.

The best advise is to ring a few local vets and see where they refer their cases to. Generally a good vet will not 'have a go' but will refer you to who they feel will be better suited to dealing with your herps and that's the persons practice you want written down in your little black book should the need arise.
