When mine escape they either go behind my radiator, headboard or wardrobe. But mine are fully grown, have fun finding 3 inch ones  |

Mine have always stayed close to their cages when they've got out. I once had a hatchling go missing and I found that one in a slipper. _________________

You could try putting a moist hide box somewhere warm'ish, they will slowly dehydrate in a house with central heating  _________________
