heres my female dont know how old she is

heres my male is it ok to house them together . do they look in good condition im new to cams so dont know to much about them but know the basics temps ect

Try this site mate. Very good question about can they be housed together. As you may have guessed some very complex answers may ensue. Lots of variables and what if's!

I do beleive there have been large threads on this topic b4. In fact I know there have been.

Perhaps Scott will point you in the right direction to access them.

Hi Lee,
They look fine, although I wouldn't recommend you house them together as like you say 'you're new to chams'. Once you have learnt to read and understand them a little you could try keeping them together in the right set up.

scott i got told by the petshop i got them from that as long as i have got plenty of plants and sticks that they they could hide and have there own bit of space have i been wrongly advised thanks

plus separateing them is not an option at the moment . im off to australia in 3 weeks time for a month . my wifes looking after them for me while im away need tips to keep the stress down till i get back

I do keep mine together as you have probably read BUT I do have spare cages if I need to seperate them, I also kept them for nearly a year before I kept them in groups so I did pick up on their moods etc This helps to learn when they are stressed etc in a shared viv.

If you are planning on leaving them together, make sure you have two basking sites, plenty of plant cover, plenty of food going in the viv. Also, the female will become gravid at some point (within weeks is my guess) so get a nest box in there now so she is used to it.
