I have to say I'm more of a remote area person myself, at least the neighbours can't complain whent he dogs bark or you've got the music up loud Very Happy

there are also no flaming street lights outside the bedroom window Evil or Very Mad

The only problem with that type of population control is it always controls the WRONG sort of population, I can think of far more deserving members of the population to control Twisted Evil
