Hi Steve
the blackheads are stunning. I have always been torn between Diamonds and Blackheads. The beauty of the diamonds and the milder (so i have heard ) disposition of the Blackheads. Generally speaking in your opinion which are the (easier) of the two to keep. I would like to purchase a pair of hatchlings in the near future but i need a bit of guidance on the pros and cons of each species. I have checked on the net but am still a bit uncertain.

Ray

HI Ray

A pair of both is what i would advise, they are both stunning snakes and if the set ups are right can be easy to keep, Diamonds need a lot more attention with the temperature situation in the winter, this can be a little bit of hardwork and worry, but as Lee points out below Blackheads are a little messy at times. But the beauty of both snakes far outway any problems they may have, both are great feeders and problem free if kept correctly.

Hope this helps, Steve

Nice blackheads, I like the darker one, nice strong markings. Good luck with the breeding!
