Hey y'all.

Yesterday when I woke up I saw alot of small shed pieces in my ballpythons viv. I didn't even notice that he was about to shed Embarassed

Anyway I got him out, and there was still skin left from about 15-20cms head down. I got a bowl of water and helped him get out of it.

I got all of it exept for some on his eyes, I don't really know how to go about helping him there? I left him overnight with raised humidity and today there's still some left, though not as mouch as yesterday.

Should I let him settle if himself or what do I do?

Is it the eye caps or just skin around them?..

You could try and place it in a damp box with some kitchen towel and see if it can work them off itself..do not try and do it yourself if you haven't done so before. If they do not come off you could wait until its next shed and hopefully they will come away then, just make sure to get it nice and humid after its blue eyes clear..

Hmm okay.. I'll let him be for a while I guess.

My sis said something about carefully fetching the skin with a piece of tape but it sounds too risky
