dont worry, your royal will eat. i know its hard to listen when people tell you not to worry, i did. and every feed day i would be tearing my hair out. but i had 4 or 5 not eating. suddenly it all clicks into place and they start and boy do they start. it could be the littlest thing, like slightly low temps, slightly large tubs, not giving enough time to settle.....but she will eat. heat the head well, the mouses not the snakes, and wiggle it, and just keep reheating and reheating. if she still doesnt eat leave it in a hide for a few hours, she may just like privacy. like i said in an earlier thread. it takes me 10 mins to feed my corns, hoggy, boa and tbr, and 3 bloody hours to feed 10 or so royals.

haha they dont hurt that much! i was bitten last week by a 4ft green anaconda and the little bugger chewed me! thats probaly my worst bite but the first time i was bitten was by a 2ft macklots python about 6 months ago it just scared me to death by the lunge of the little critter . bare in mind i was not bitten around feeding times these were either to do with water changing (moving the anacondas from bowl to substrate) and simply handling the macklots as its a juvenile and needs handling due to being in a shop. all in a great days line of work couldnt ask for a better job Very Happy
