I am looking at getting another plated lizard tomorrow. I have currently got a male and the one I am getting tomorrow is a female. It is coming with the viv but I am looking at putting them together so I have a spare viv to possibly put a Bearded Dragon after x-mas.
1) Would I be able to put them together straight away or is there a way to put lizards together?
2) What would the minamum requirements be with the size?
Thanks in Advance, Ron _________________ 1.1.0 Major Plated Lizard

UPDATE. Ok I managed to get the right viv spec's. I was able to put them in the same viv I already have them in BUT I have a new problem. When I put the female in my male started shaking as if it was really scared, he had a really good sniff, which all seems OK, Started climbing all over her then he decided it was time to bite her side. (I have split them back up) Is this natural? I have browsed around and I can't get any info.
Oh and also apparently these have been in the same viv before as I got it from the same shop. He said the same thing about another lizard to me and I ended up taking back a dead lizard for a refund. _________________ 1.1.0 Major Plated Lizard

Ok again I managed to figure it out for myself (was bloomin hard work lol) and just left them for the day while I watched them constantly. Looked up a few things to find males and females are aggressive to each other, courtship thing. After a few hours the biting and that calmed down then about 6 hours later they started to bask with each other and even use the same hide snuggled into each other which looks rather cute. _________________ 1.1.0 Major Plated Lizard
