Unfortunately there are no shows or expos in Scotland. I helped organise a show about 8 years ago in Glenrothes, although well attended, there has not been any organised since then. It is a shame really as there is a strong reptile following in Scotland.
May i suggest that you join a reptile club, there you can make contact with other reptile enthusiasts and buy / sell reptiles from / to them.
