just got some onf this today ... the flavour bit smells amazing Smile ..


what i had been doing is mixing cgd, banana and water till i had about a pints worth to keep me going for a couple of weeks ..


im going to try the two part stuff without fruit to begin with . .

any idea how much i should be using to get about a pints worth of mixture ? how thick should it be ?
