Just to say i went to Serpentus yesterday and they were fantastic!
They let me hold and feed a baby crestie and they were extremely helpful!
Very clean, tidy,well stocked shop with a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
Ryan and Nicola are great people and you can tell they truly love their animals and they are so helpful

Have to agree with you there Gemma! I love that shop, all the animals are stunning, especially the cresties. Got a lovely adult hognose from there yesterday, totally thrilled to bits with him. You won't find a nicer place to go! Cups of tea, biscuits and great chat! Keep up the good work guys

i must agree

my local rep shop is pretty good , freindly staff , decent stock , maybe a bit tired looking but serpintus is just a different level . .

its not like a job to them , its like a mini zoo , they know everything about all there stock , make kids interested in a rep do a little school project on it before they can buy .

only problem being is its a bit far to use it weekly , will be back soon though
