Mike, do you find any difference in heat retention between the two?

Probably similer, BUT i use lots of thermostats rather than trying to run a few boxes off one.
Also my 50ltr have lids on and lots of ventilation. the komplement has the wood shelf for a lid and no added ventilation.
Downside of komplements is unless you put in a window you cannot see out?

No need is there?
Cheers for the info, think even for tubs it should still be one heat source - one stat.

If I have hatch boxes in a row on one heatmat I will use just one thermo to heat it. with komp, emts it is one thermo for 2 shelves. BUT when I hatched the albino royals I kept them on seperate shelves run by sepeate thermostats to be on teh safe side

Hi
i work 2 mins walk from ikea warrington, whenever I have been in they have always had them in stock.
There is 3 sizes now, all the same height, width but different lengths.
The 75cm is great alternative to 50ltr usefulls and if you make teh rack to the fit the biggest box you can simply switch boxes as the snake outgrows the smaller ones.

All I can say is WOW to CPRs royal classified advert . The spider albino is totally awesome, the rest are stunning too.

Does anyone know how many royals are brought in, would be interested to know if in the tens or hundreds.
