Finally got around to building a rack i've had planned for a while.

Relatively easy and quite inexpensive all in all. Shocked Wink

I use heat cable on the shelves dropped into a channel cut into the wood and covered with metal/alu tape.The heat cable is more efficent using this method and is better than heatmats imo. Very Happy

Here's some pics of neccs ingredients i added to the basic wood,heat cable and stat recipe Wink Laughing

Here's the finished result,awaiting air holes and snakes Very Happy

The good thing for me about using those sized tubs is they are inter-changable.The slim ones are half the width of the wide tubs,but the exact same length and height. Razz Cool

I had a major change round of the room last week.It started off as just a quick 'thats goin there' and ended up like some crazy feng shui experiment Laughing

It's much easier now have a white section (racks) and an oak section(vivs) Shocked Wink Laughing

Thats a lot of vivs/racks Cool , looking good and there's nowt wrong with getting all edges lined up and getting all feng shui and pointing everything south-west Laughing

I wanted to get it sorted before i started cooling snakes down for over winter.
It's surprised me how there seems to be more room in there,in though i added another rack Shocked Very Happy

It's real easy to one build mate honest,i'm sure you could do it with a few pointers/directions Question .

There gonna be for pituophis, mainly to grow on my future breeder stock mate.
