I have an Olympus E300 with a 14-45mm lens, focal length from 0.38m but I want to get into macro photography of my Yemen. Having trouble getting useful advice in stores (being female doesn't help in this), websites selling stuff are no help at all. What can you all recommend at any point in the price scale? I have considered buying a lens or those closeup filters but not sure if they're actually any use. This is about the best I can do at the mo.

Wow what a stunning yemen you've got and great picture! I'm sure someone will be along shortly to help out with your camera questions. Stuart would be your best bet although he is in the middle of a house move so you might have to wait a little longer than usual for a reply. Cool

Thanks, I'm so pleased you all like him! It's easier to get good shots when you're not worrying about lighting, so the fact that he's so comfortable roaming around makes it quite simple to get him at his best Very Happy
