Lol... you got nuffin to worry about! I got an albino female who will only eat assisted at the mo! Same as you, she was only 75grams when I got her, now she's around the 130gram mark (thanks to the advice of the great Egg!  )
I've found that she will only assist with a mouse fluff, anything much bigger than the size of her head gets spat back out. What food item you using? Maybe try something smaller.

Well, have been using fluffs as you, she was doing fine and went onto two each assist.
But then I moved up to small mice.
Think im gonna go back to fluffs until she is feeding
Lease there is hope !
