skin around the eye...

Just wondered if anyone else has encountered this before? Its almost like the skin around the eye has been pulled outwards whilst shedding. He has shed since I got him but doesn't appear to have corrected.

slight dehydration by the looks of the pits in his eyes, bathe him/her in some luke warm water half way up his side for about 15 mins to get him back to normal.

Not yet, He's still very young (about 150grams) and started a good feeding regime. Don't wanna stress him too much with baths ect so I'll leave him for a while and see how it goes Wink

No, I wouldn't feed chicks, I've heard to much bad stuff about them! He's on rat fluffs at the moment.

I've cropped the image to get a close up of the eye, I guess those feet do resemble those of a chick Very Happy
