I would say Irians as a sub species but certain lines of Jungles and Diamonds only reach the size of an adult corn snake,Precision reptiles in Germany are breeding dwarf Diamond pythons which are tiny around 3-4ft long, but these are expensive. |

cant go wrong with a carpet
4x2x2 cages house my big adults until i finish my loft
3x2x2 is ok for smaller adult carpets such as irians and jungles _________________

You can't say for sure which ones are smallest, because even for jungles or Irian Jaya's 6-7 foot animals are found, in fact not that uncommon. On the whole I would go for jungles or Irian Jayas if you want smaller animals, same holds for jags, i.e jungle or IJ jags. Although with jags it is even more uncertain how large they get, depends how much coastal they have in them. Just ask the breeder what size the parents are, small parents on both sides would be your best bet.
Cages sizes, what Steve said
Temperament, ranges from calm to mental, especially as babies. Adults usually mellow. Get some carpets, you won't be sorry |
