Barrs.com
i can't remember what the price was, but i bought a job-lot so i never have to worry about finding them ever again and have used the lot, d'oh.

there is actually a small gap at the bottom of the V, so what i have done is drill a small hole through the perch and placed a pin through the perch and it sits in the small gap. this stops the perch rotating whilst the animal's crawl over them.

or

you can cut a V into the end of the perch so it will fit snug into the holder itself.

Another option is to use PVC end caps you get for different size PVC tubes. I use the grey ones that are used for drains. I cut an end cap in half and fix each half to opposite sides of the viv (drill 2 small holes for screws). Basically much the same as molurus does, just that those caps cost next to nothing and you can get them in any DYI store
