hi vixen

when they 1st hatched I went mad feeding them, worrying about them not feeding etc. Also I was sent a load of rat pups instead of fuzzies so was feeding loads of small food items for about 3 weeks, ALSO sent rat weaners instead of larger fuzzies hence the jump to larger food item than I would have liked, approx 37-50 grms in weight.
To be honest she ate the 40grm rat weaner easily. Prior to that I gave her a 30 grm mouse to see how she got on.

Have reduced feeding schedule to weeklyish Twisted Evil , now I am convinced(Ido worry) they are established and on good sized food.

thanks all
mike

ah right. i did same with the mojo, i convinced myself he would at some point stop eating so fed him every five days on med mice, moving up to large mice. he is on the large mice still and feeds every 5 days. he is the biggest off my youngsters, but is lightweight compared to her. and my g stripe, who is 1000gms, gets weaner rats, thats how i was wondering. i think with royals, we all worry, they are pains when it comes to feeding.

They are all different, Her albino brother is only 150grms, He is eating 10 grm rat pups and so far 2x 30grm mice. He will move onto the smaller weaners when the mice have gone.
