Why are they always from Burkina Faso? It's very rare I get junk mail, but the few times I have, it's always been from there...

The last one I got, I exercised my skillz of professional typing (I'm trained as a level 3 secretarial administrator, 40wpm, 98% accuracy rating, merit in business qual.) and told him in a slightly verbose manner, that if he didn't sod off, I'd charge him for the time I used reading his rubbish, the time I used replying to his rubbish, and my standard charge (which I made up) for writing each email in response of £50.

I got an apologetic reply, to which I responded I'd do the same if I ever got any junkmail from any other BOA representative - I'd charge HIM personally.
