I have had my geckos for six months now are they are all nice and healthly looking nice fat tails and are now used to being handled now and again. Cleaned them out today and weighed them as i usually do every month but one of them has lost 6 grams since I weighed her last which was 19th June. Since i was away on Holiday they were only cleaned out.
Should I be worried about this as she has a healthly looking tail and looks fine or should I put her in a quarantine tank to see whats she is actually eating, you help would be appreciated

keep an eye on what they are eating, if the weight loss starts to actually show then further investigation is needed. It may just be a temporary thing due to your holiday and someone else looking after them. _________________

I'd definitely consider quarantine, just so you can check exactly what she's eating. 6g is a big loss...I really hope the next weighing time says different |
