Hi

I'm trying to find a backdrop that I saw which looks like coco fiber, but compressed into an upturned tree root shape with hollow ends, for planting I assume. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I'd like to make a naturalistic Crestie tank and find a nice backdrop which plants will take root in.

On that note, if anyone uses xaxim I'd be interested to know your views on it too as sites recommend it for a planted background.

Thanks Smile

I don't think I quite know what you mean but I'm sure someone who knows a bit more will be over soon, maybe MJ will know more.

Yeah, he would be the man to talk to, I see he has xaxim products and the flat coco fiber panels, I was hoping someone would have heard of the coco panels with compressed forms in them too...

Will see what turns up on here...

This is the closest thing I have found to what I'm after in shape only:

What I actually want is this made out of coco fiber...

The search continues!

I think I have searched all over the net tonight, I didn't find what I wanted but I found plenty of amazing Viv sites and a planting list and will probably go for a coco panel background.

But now I'm knackered, time for bed! Shocked
