My latest hatchling has popped out of it's egg with a rather short tail. Does anyone know if this is a common thing or is there something wrong with this little gecko?
As you can see, it seems to be shorter than it's body.
Thanks in advance. _________________

Looks like a healthy hatchling, likely just a slight defect that is normal given the amount of perfectly preportioned hatchlings you'd hatch. _________________ Kind Regards,

One of my cresteds has a much shorter tail than my other 2, and is perfectly healthy. Nothing to worry about, looks like a nice bonny hatchling _________________ Steve P |
