Lol i did laught its rather amusing, I'm quite into healthy eating and exercise, but do believe in moderation thats for sure, not reading the fat and calorie content of everything you buy.
Eat healthy during the week and exercise so you can hammer the beer on a weekend
Matt I would have said that everyone (a lot of people and advertising) is more interested in pointing out how healthy a certain food is and counting the calories than saying its ok to eat burgers (unless they have reduced fat or are cooked in sunflower oil of course) these days.
Seems every food product advertised on TV for kids has some new health additive that is essential for the childrens mental/physical/ probably spiritual well being.  _________________ Kind Regards,
