Quote: | sorry where do you get your Viv's from they look good |

OI.
not trying to get a beautiful looking tank just something that looks better then a plastic tub but still has a hint of nature
Quote: | I am planning on a group of 3 geckos (or maybe just 2), and was hoping to set up fake walls with rises leading up to various caves for them to hide in as well as a few ground based hidey holes. |
you seem quite new to the hole reptile world so i would start with 1 or maybe 2 just to increase knowledge.
thee idea of a set up like that sounds good. to be honest a fall of two/0ne foot wont do much harm. i have had geckos and i know people that have had geckos that have fallen from around 5 foot and done no harm.
if you are worried about vivarium expenses build your own tank is super easy and great fun. and cheaper _________________ www.freewebs.co.uk/southeastreptiles |

I was weighing up building my own tank but I quite simply dont have to tools or the room to do this right now... hopefully in the near future I will be able to convert the various shelves and such for more vivariums!
Have spent lots of time working on my mantis and tree frog enclosures and even they have been hard work with limited tools and flat spaces to work with lol
glad to hear a small drop will not kill them! |
