how do i make my pictures small enough for my avatar on photo bucket the smallest i can make it is 100x75

edit them in paint or another image editing software then upload to PB

done it to less than 64 pix in paint ad the pic comes up with x so if i post the pic will someone put it up for me please

Just use paint..it hasn't got to be exactly 64x64 especially if its hosted in photobucket..
