I got mine from B & Q a couple of years ago for about £250. It has an extendable hose that you attach to the unit and the other end goes outside. I cut a hole in the wall and fitted/glued some plastic ducting to reach the outside and filled in any gaps. I double meshed the outside (1/4 in galvanised mesh) under an extractor fan cover to make it look tidy and then fitted very fine mosquito mesh flush with the wall on the inside, the hose from the A/C unit is then screwed to the wall covering the mesh and exit hole.

Job done Very Happy

Depends on the size of shed. There are very few short cuts doing a reptile shed.

These prices are a guess and some prices are 5-6 years old...

Shed base ..£ depends on how you do it.
Shed 16ft x 8ft £650
insulation, wood, sheeting etc £450
Fuse board, wire, electrics, sockets etc £200-300
Air/con unit £200-300
Sundries. ie screws nails paint etc £ ?????

Thinking about it, I dont think you would get much change out of £2000 BEFORE you get viv and animals.

Looking good there, a promising start. How many vivs are you hoping to get in there? Have you looked at shelving and things yet?
