Thanks a bunch eggman!
Which of them do you think is the most sought after cross?
after the blue eyed lucy.
and how much do them crosses fetch?
I have never seen any of them for sale.
there is a blue eyed lucy at my local reptile shop and its 7.5K !!!
It is stunning tho!

GREAT HELP.
can I ask, how do you know ALL of these?
Is there anyway of finding out how much each is worth etc.
Are the pastel and spider cross recently made or not?
as they are probobly the most in reach of my price range if I was to get one.
Unless next year the pins etc have dropped in price.
I love talking about the crosses etc it is facenating (sp?)
are there any websites with info on the mojo croses?
thanks agen eggman _________________ Regards, Paul.

No I am not interested in bee's.
That was the point I am interested in mojo morphs and I was wondering how much they are goin for.
Say I was to get a female mojo next year.
I then wanted to get a male for her.
what would you suggest.
I would like a morph male but I dont have loads to spend.
What about a pastel.
how much do you think pastave's are?
just gives me an idea as to if I buy a mojo and pastel and I f I will make any money because it will take 3 or so years before they are ready to breed and by then they may not be worth much.
A pastel to mojo will make = pastels, mojo's, pastave's wont it?
thanks alot for the help egg man!
[do you keep allot of royal morphs?] _________________ Regards, Paul.

Saturation is a long way off This year overall has probably been the least productive for ball pythons, many of the big USA breeders have not had anywhere near as many clutches as they were aiming for and the same here, some of the biggest breeders here have only managed a handfull of clutches.
The problem is overall MOST people would sooner buy from a name they can trust or know of, so this has lead to many 'first time' breeders in the USA trying to get sales the only way they know how...Drop the price! This of course is great for buyers short term but not great for the overall market.
It takes just one or two people to set a price for a year. You guys see a price advertised for say Mojaves at $500 and assume that that's going to be the going rate worldwide, little do you know that perhaps the guy selling them has only 4 and needs to sell quick before the big breeders snatch up his customers.
There will always be a few bargain snakes out there at cheaper prices and that's fine but don't assume that that's the new price. Also always bear in mind the quality and size of the snakes you are comparing. Buying a 90g imported Mojo of unkown breeder origin for £600 is a bad deal compared to a 200g Mojo of known parentage for £750.
At the end of the day though, the lower the price the more customers out there to buy them....so it's not all bad I have had more interest and requests for availability so far this year than all of last year and speaking to Darren@CPR he is also in a similar position and struggling to keep up with demand. This year will be a great ball python year with regards to sales and interest but just remember available numbers are way down on last year so don't hold off too long and miss out on what you are after _________________
