What can I say but they offer a first class reliable service.May not be as cheap as TNT but in my mind their service is well worth the extra just for the piece of mind.Snakes were picked up at time they stated and delivered to my doorstep bang on the time they gave us.Also able to phone them whilst on route to check all is ok.I will certainly be using them again! Big thumbs up. Cool

Very reliable,on time and as you've pointed out worth it for the peace of mind.Nice personal service too,unlike many large 'non-specialised' couriers where you and the parcel are literally just another no.

I agree Steve and Al..couldn't fault them at all,all my emails were answered very quickly and could always get hold of them on the phone.

yeah good service got a pair of pgymy marmosets delivered from scotland to me and if you cant get them on the phone hey always ring you back
