My Crested Gecko has laid eggs the past 3 months (April, May, June), however, she hasn't passed any this month. Do they sometimes have off months that they don't lay eggs?

I have just had her out and she is looking very fat both towards the base of her tail and the top end of her body, is this something to be worried about as normally she doesn't look this fat?

If there is a problem, what is the best thing I can do and what are the chances of the problem being solved?

Thanks,

Tom

I dont think they particulary lay every month, but the thing to watch for is unusual behaviour, such as excessive digging or a lethargic state.

I've seen mine go between 30 and 50 days between laying their eggs. As long as she is still eating and moving around fine then I wouldn't worry too much.

As the others have said. Is she still behaving normally? Eating, Drinking, Shedding, moving about the viv?

She seems to be acting normally...There isn't a nest box in because the last 3 times she has completely ignored it and just laid her eggs in the substrate.

What is concerning me is the size of her, especially considering the bulge seems to go all the way up her body.
