Can anyone recommend a docile species of arboreal spider?

I know the all have different temprements but I would prefer something I can handle.

Also trying to avoid anything that could hurt a cat if it escaped (which I plan on not letting happen).

Planning on using some of the taller exo terra with this plan.

thanks!

yeah A.avic but as said they can be a bit skittish and they jump I never bother handling mine anymore because she tends to run and can be hectic but I used to handle her sometimes.

A.Versicolor is one the most docile Avic's I have kept.

Failing that most arboreal sp are quite skittish.

I agree! My versicolor is the calmest of my tree dwellers and probably the sexiest as well. Embarassed I often hear that Avic avic's are quite docile and they tend to be cheaper. All of my avics have made excellent looking webs, this is why I enjoy them so much.

Every Avic Avic I have had seemed to have different ideas, not aggressive just majorly jumpy, if in doubt go with the Versi, lovely looking as a sling and absolutely stunning as adult.
