I have a friend thats got a 5 year old female bosc its been without uv for most of the important years of growth and at 2.5 feet id say its under the average size of a 5 year old female but its not got any bone abnormalitys and is very healthy, but yes i would say that without the uv its made a diffrance in its size... he still nutrobol supplemented its food twice a week |

i think that it is better to have UV, my baby bosc is growing very fast roughly 1.5-2cm a week at the moment, and his coloration is very nice!, i think that this is due to his constant supply of UV in the day . . .
It is not worth depriving bosc's of their UV supply just to save a few quid on a lamp. . . _________________ Curently Keeping:
