No they don't! He keeps melting all the bloody mains cabling to his house by using so much juice, I'm surprised he hasn't taken out the whole neighbourhood yet Laughing

I have Wink

I had builders laying my new drive, but they weren't your 'normal' builders but rather a team that were building a new warehouse for where I work, they turned up to do the job with a full size 360 JCB and dumper truck, they managed to dig out the mains that fed the whole street Laughing that was off for about 6 hours Embarassed Laughing

As for melting the main infeed, yep Twice now Laughing Cool the last time was the worst, we were watching TV and could smell burning, when I looked in the fuse cupboard it was like looking at a couple of sparkers going off! Shocked Laughing We had to sit in the dark for 6 hours until they arrived (in the winter), they were great though and fixed it that night.

Ha... wow Scott. At least you don't have water in the hundred thousand gallons range... PLUS the electrical cost like some of the aquarium keepers.

and the fact that they never make any money back from it Laughing

Well I'm guessing if you do it as a business like Scott and others then it is treated that way. And no business goes out to not make a profit or at least get back what went in.

With the others that are keeping them as pets, well, there's no income from having a pet is there. I will hopefully get a couple of eggs every now and again from my 2 cresties but I wouldn't class that as a business it would just be a bonus on top of my hobby.

yer I know about the pet thing thats like me just a bit of boost to breed them and that will prob go back into getting more reps.
I jus wanted the bigger breeders to tell me if they get a substantial profit asit costs a lot for all the equipment etc.
