I am the proud keeper of 3 Quadricornis. 2 Males and a Female (Sadly I lost a second female).
I'm the proud foster parent of a clutch of eleven eggs these past two weeks. I'm interested in any information about breeding them and keeping them in general from other enthusiasts.
They live in a couple of wonderful Herptek vivariums with a rainmaker. |

Thanks it took some effort to get the environment right. With the right amount of rain they seem to be doing fantastic. Very very friendly too. |

Welcome to the forum!
I love the side profile of a Quad's head. They look like they're wearing tribal head dress! _________________ A lil bit of Madagascar

Daytime it doesn't exceed 24C and I try and let it drop a good 10 degree below that at night time. Humidity is never less than 70%.
They get about 40 seconds of rain every 3 hours which they adore. This took some fiddling to get just right. They love drinking the rain off the leaves.
I haven't given them any outdoors time yet as I'm not sure whats the best way to go about it.
The eggs are incubating at around 21C in perlite. Perlite was recommended to me by a Yemen breeder as it apparently it should remain mould free. I have to admit its going to be a long four months or so if they (fingers crossed) survive to hatch. |
