each state used to be able to issue there own documntation i believe its all been centralised and that is why it takes soo long!
I am waiting for my documents to arrive so I can start getting my end all sorted!
At least I aint a trader so hopefully should not pay too much tax!

Pete, import Vat is paid by EVERYONE  so you will pay the same tax as a trader

yup when you pay the vat and the clearing and a bit for this and that it doesnt half take the shine off the cheap snakes  buy british i say
