Christopher, with respect, your sarcasm on here wont win you any more customers to your shop, which you obviously will need.

I am in direct communication with the shop manager now, with a possible view to myself taking over the reptile room to keep up a higher quality level.

Just need him to see what needs to be done!

Well done to you Gary, I think wed all love an update on the matter, if youve managed to get any further? Keep up the good work, hopefully it will make others realise how important it is to be able to buy healthy, well cared for reps, as they have less probs later on, and its much kinder for them of course.
Well done for getting off your backside, and doing something about it, many wouldnt know how/be prepared to!
