there are quite a few reptile stores that carry the full line of beaphar products.

it will definitely save you a lot of money in the end if you are 100% positive that is the problem.

if you arent, it can DEFINITELY kill your animal.

it also cant be gravid either.

fyi...

Is this better than the traditional panacur - or is it the same just with a reptile attached to it?

Yes Scott, got the full range in.
Beaphar products have been specifically designed for reptiles and is approved by vets. All reptiles should be wormed yearly just like cats and dogs.
Ive just added Varanus Macraei to my breeding programs and have used Beaphar wormer etc on all of them without any problems.

Has anyone got an up to date weight chart for panacur for chameleons to establish the correct dosage/ wieght ratio. The panacur I use is a 2.5% solution.

I have an old chart in a cham book but the chart is out of date now.

Do the treatments have long sell by dates out of interest. Wondered whether it might be worth buying in treatments and keeping them frozen until needs must?

Beaphar products have a shelf life of around 18 months.
To answer your question Rick about Panacur dosages
Dosage 25 - 40mg per kilo. I aim for 30mg. 1ml = 25mg.
So if you have an animal that weighs 300g the calcalation goes like this:
30mg x 0.3 = 9mg / 25mg = 0.36ml
So a 300gram animal will need 0.36ml. The panacur 2.5% is a very weak solution so if you go slightly over dont worry to much.
