You can buy carpet joining tape, but It's stickier than duct tape, so might be a risk factor for your gecko. _________________

i havent used it in a viv , but why wouldnt you recommend it ? |
um have you ever used it any where else? it's one of NAS cars official sponser becuase they use it to hold cars together in a squeeze, I've even (in my younger days) held a bumper on with it
to see how hard it would be to remove from a reptile tak a piece and stick it to your inner thigh then rip it off I bet you a pint it makes your eyes water _________________ Paul

fair enough ,
thought it might have been made of something that would be bad for the rep
all you need to do is make sure the join is tight and put some sand in the middle to take up the stickyness . _________________ Eyeless frogs welcome...

I think MJ is correct in saying dont use it at all.
Nothing is worth putting inside a terrarium if it put the animal at any risk.
Well thats the way I see it.
Cheers for the advice
