Can't really tell if it's 100% normal, it's very light in colour but that may just be due to pigment not formed yet. It's still sitting in it's egg showing no signs of being ready to come out.
The next clutch I think is 14 days away. _________________

Right, finally this little guy finally came out of the egg, 15 days after I slit the egg and 80 days after it was laid.
Obviously there was a problem with the incubator , after checking it last week I found it running a few degrees too low , All sorted now but obviously it's screwed up my incubation dates so I'll just have to rely on mother nature to make sure all the other clutches hatch ok.
I'm not confident this one will survive, but I'll try my hardest with. _________________

He's nice looking, is he too weak? Shame about the incubator messing up. _________________ A lil bit of Madagascar

thanks, yep he is good looking. It doesn't seem particulary weak but does look premature in developement, it's head doesn't seem quite right.
