Dear multiple hells... I don't know ANYTHING about Cresties - but even I can tell that one's not in good condition...
I'm 100% sure the bone structure shouldn't stick out like that; that's appalling. Yes, you should write to them, perhaps attach a good care sheet. It's what I do when I find forummers showing off their badly kept axolotls. (You wouldn't believe the states you find them in sometimes.)

The soft but stern way was deffinatly best. the gecko stoped eating and the owner believed that it would eventually re-start, the gecko was taken to a vet and has now made a complete recovery.  |
