Hi all maybe a stupid question but i live on a farm and our cats keep bringin in dead field mice and voles would i be ok to let the bosc eat them there is no poisen about just wonderin thanx

i personally wouldn't you don't know what they are carrying and what they've eaten.

For sure this would be a risk...Risk your monitor life.
I lost my Nile cause of a bufo(toad) that was toxic and i didn't know it but from that day i stopped collect any wild cought preys.Except crabs and fishes.

Just my expirience

just pop them in the freezer for about a month and you'll be fine ... no probs at all.

definitely wouldn't feed them fresh.

You could decrease the risk by eviscerating them first.
