OK just had to post a pic of these guys on this board. coz i love them. They are around 2.5 ft now and growing fast all the time. This is the australian argus, panoptes panoptes not to be confused with the usual png argus panoptes horni that you see as a rule. Hope you like.

Thanks. Smile

They will eat almost anything but my general feed is fussie mice and i also feed many insects rangeing from general crickets and locusts to deaths head and lobster roachs. These guys will just eat and eat. I keep and have kept many monitors and not come across one that seems to use as much food.

Can get over 5ft. The aussie argus appears to get a little large than the horni.
